Useful before install

A clear answer, with the evidence behind it.

The checker separates a real blocker from a missing signal and a request it simply could not verify. It never turns uncertainty into a failing score.

01

Probe fixed public paths

The server derives a small, fixed set of URLs from your permanent Shopify domain. It cannot scan arbitrary targets.

02

Separate signal from noise

See Clear, Needs attention, Blocked, or Not verified for every observation—with no invented 0–100 public score.

03

Go deeper when useful

AgentSight Free can audit the 25 most recent products using authorized Shopify data and lets you review and apply reversible alt-text and meta-description fixes.

Know the boundary

Public access is only the first layer.

A storefront snapshot cannot honestly represent catalog-wide readiness. The installed app can inspect fields Shopify does not expose on every public page.

Straight answers

Before you check.

Where do I find my myshopify.com domain?

In Shopify Admin, open Settings → Domains. Use the permanent address ending in .myshopify.com, even if customers visit a custom domain. A store handle by itself also works.

Does a Clear result mean agents will recommend me?

No. Clear means this snapshot found no blocker in the selected public checks it completed. It does not predict rankings, recommendations, traffic, or sales.

Does the checker access my Shopify Admin?

No. It requests only public paths derived from the store domain you submit. It does not access Shopify Admin, orders, customers, payment data, or your email.

Why is there no overall score?

A public, one-product sample is not enough evidence for a catalog-wide score. AgentSight calculates its coverage-labelled score only after an authorized audit inside Shopify.
